Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information B2B Agency Live AI ("we", "us") collects when you use B2B Agency Live at b2bagencyliveai.com, how we use it, and your choices. We aim to collect as little as we need to run the Service.

1. Information we collect

• When you subscribe: your name or company name, email address, and your note about what you want to build (entered in our checkout form), plus your plan and subscription status. Card details are entered on Stripe's page and never reach our servers. Stripe shares with us the payment status, customer ID and email.
• When you use the workspace: your messages, the project files in the workspace, and any images or files you attach. These are sent to our AI provider to generate replies (see section 3).
• Saved chats: your chats and project files are saved in your own browser's storage so you can continue later. If you are a subscriber, they are also stored on our servers under your account so they are available on your other devices.
• Usage and security data: to count visits, enforce the free demo and daily limits, and protect the Service, we process your IP address. We store it only in a one-way scrambled ("hashed") form, not as the IP address itself. We also keep daily totals (visits, page views, messages) and short-lived security logs.
• Things stored in your browser: a random device ID (so each device gets a fair free demo), your sign-in token if you subscribe, your saved chats, and your light/dark theme choice. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

2. How we use it

• to provide the workspace and generate AI replies;
• to take payments, manage subscriptions, and give subscribers access;
• to enforce free-demo and plan limits and prevent abuse;
• to keep the Service secure and working, and to understand overall usage;
• to answer your questions and send service messages (for example sign-in links or billing notices).

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your content to advertise to you.

3. Who we share it with

We use trusted providers who process data on our behalf, only as needed to run the Service:

• Netlify: website hosting, server functions and data storage.
• Stripe: payments, subscriptions, invoices and the billing portal.
• OpenAI (and, if we switch or add a provider, other AI model providers): your messages, project files and attachments are sent to generate replies. Their handling of this data is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
• Telegram: we receive private notifications about subscription events (such as a new subscriber's email and plan) and site uptime.
• Google Fonts: our pages load fonts from Google, which receives your IP address when fonts load.
• Resend (if enabled): to email you sign-in links.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect people or the Service from harm. These providers may process data in the United States and other countries.

4. How long we keep it

• Subscription records: while you are a customer, and afterwards as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal purposes.
• Synced chats (subscribers): until you delete them. We keep up to your 50 most recent chats and remove older ones automatically.
• Chats in your browser: until you delete them or clear your browser's data.
• Visit data: kept as daily totals; the per-visit details are cleared once a day's totals are saved.

5. Your choices and rights

You can delete chats at any time in the workspace, cancel your subscription from Manage billing / cancel, and clear what's stored in your browser. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by contacting tyleroldned@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights (for example under GDPR or US state privacy laws), including the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

6. Security

We use HTTPS everywhere, signed sign-in tokens, rate limits, strict browser security rules, and we isolate AI-generated pages from your sign-in details. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify affected users of a breach where required by law.

7. Children

The Service is for businesses and adults. It is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. We will change the date at the top, and tell subscribers about significant changes.
