Your business runs on this platform, so here is plainly how we protect your account, your customers and your money, and how you stay in control of your data.
You sign in with a one-time code or link sent to your email, so there's no password to steal or reuse. Sessions are signed with a secret only our servers hold and expire after 30 days.
Every page, every request and every website you publish uses HTTPS. Secrets you connect, like your texting account token or your own AI key, are encrypted (AES-256) before they're stored, and never shown again.
Each account's websites, contacts, deals, orders, bookings, email lists and chats are stored under that account only. An agency's client accounts are fully separate from each other: one client never sees another's data.
Every part of the service has rate limits and bot filters, and sign-in codes are limited per address and per connection, to stop guessing, spam and scraping.
All card payments, for your plan and for your own sales, go through Stripe, a certified payment processor. Card numbers never touch our servers. Your customers' payments go straight to your own Stripe account; we take 0%.
Form messages, bookings and orders from your websites are stored for you only and emailed to you. Marketing emails carry your business name and a one-click unsubscribe, and "do not contact" is respected everywhere: email, texts, workflows and AI agents.
Files you create (images, videos, music, voice-overs, documents) are reached through signed links that can't be guessed or listed, so only people you give a link to can open the file.
We use your content to do what you ask: build your site, write your email, run your agent. We don't sell it. Text from customers, forms and web pages is treated as information, never as instructions to the AI, and research by agents uses public business information only.
The AI connection watches its own health: if one AI provider has an outage, requests move to a working one automatically, and the team is alerted.

You keep everything until the end of the period you paid for. After that, sites go offline but your data is kept for at least 90 days, so you can come back or download it. Ask us to delete it sooner any time. Read the details
