Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of B2B Agency Live at b2bagencyliveai.com (the "Service"), operated by B2B Agency Live AI ("we", "us"). By using the Service or subscribing, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. What the Service is

B2B Agency Live is an AI coding workspace. You describe what you want (for example a web page, a change to your code, or a script) and an AI model generates code and explanations. You can preview, copy and download the code. We do not host your websites, run your scripts, or perform outreach, marketing or other services for you. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, publishing and hosting anything you build.

2. Free demo

Visitors can try the workspace for free for 30 minutes of workspace time or 25 messages, whichever comes first. The demo clock only runs while the workspace is open. A new demo becomes available 24 hours after the previous one runs out. We limit the number of free demos per device and per internet connection, and may change or end the free demo at any time.

3. Plans and daily limits

Paid plans are billed monthly and include the same workspace with a daily allowance of AI messages: Starter ($15/month, 75 per day), Builder ($35/month, 200 per day), Pro ($60/month, 350 per day) and Max ($100/month, 500 per day). Daily allowances reset at midnight UTC. We may adjust plans, limits or the AI models we use; if we raise the price of your plan we will give you at least 30 days' notice, and you can cancel before the change takes effect.

4. Billing, renewal and cancellation

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month and your payment method is charged until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the workspace (Manage billing / cancel); you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you won't be charged again. Prices are in US dollars and may exclude taxes, which are added where required. See our Refund Policy for refunds.

5. Your content and the code you generate

You keep ownership of what you put into the Service (your prompts, files and images) and, to the extent the law allows, of the code and text the Service generates for you. We don't claim ownership of either. AI output may be similar to output generated for other users and is not guaranteed to be unique. You give us permission to process your content only as needed to run the Service (for example, sending it to our AI provider to generate a reply).

6. AI output: please check it

AI-generated code and text can contain mistakes, security weaknesses or content that isn't suitable for your use. You are responsible for reviewing and testing everything before you use or publish it, and for making sure your website or software complies with the laws that apply to you (for example privacy, accessibility and consumer-protection laws). Nothing the Service produces is legal, financial or professional advice.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• break the law or help others do so;
• create malware, phishing pages, spam tools, or anything designed to deceive, defraud or harm people;
• infringe other people's intellectual property or privacy;
• attempt to bypass limits, access other users' data, or disrupt or overload the Service;
• resell, share or automate access to your account, or scrape the Service.

We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these rules. Where the breach is serious (for example fraud or abuse), no refund is due.

8. Accounts and security

Your access is tied to the email address you subscribe with. Keep access to that email secure, and tell us promptly if you think someone else is using your subscription.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and it depends on third-party providers (such as our hosting, payment and AI providers). We may change, improve or remove features over time.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Ending your use

You can stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service (in which case we will refund any unused prepaid period).

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. If you are a consumer, you keep any rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If we make a material change, we will update the date at the top and, where appropriate, notify subscribers by email or in the workspace. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new Terms.
