Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 3, 2026 (Facebook and Instagram messages)
This Privacy Policy explains what information B2B Agency Live AI ("we", "us") collects when you use B2B Agency Live at b2bagencyliveai.com, how we use it, and your choices. We aim to collect as little as we need to run the Service.
1. Information we collect
- When you subscribe: your name or company name, email address, and your note about what you want to build (entered in our checkout form), plus your plan and subscription status. Card details are entered on Stripe's page and never reach our servers. Stripe shares with us the payment status, customer ID and email.
- When you use the workspace: your messages, the project files in the workspace, and any images or files you attach. These are sent to our AI provider to generate replies (see section 3).
- Saved chats: your chats and project files are saved in your own browser's storage so you can continue later. If you are a subscriber, they are also stored on our servers under your account so they are available on your other devices.
- Published sites: if you use Publish, we store the published files with your account and serve them publicly at the address you chose. People who visit a published site are served by our hosting provider (Netlify), which processes their IP address to deliver the page; to show site owners how many people visit, each page view sends us the page address and the referring website; we count unique visitors per day with a one-way scrambled code made from the IP address and browser (never stored as-is, and different every day), use no cookies, and don't follow visitors across sites or days.
- Messages sent through published sites' forms: when a visitor sends a contact or quote form on a site one of our customers published, we store the message for that customer and email it to them. The customer (the site owner) decides how to use it and is responsible for it. Online bookings work the same way (date, time and the contact details the visitor enters), and we also email the visitor a short confirmation of their request. We keep these messages and bookings until the customer deletes them or unpublishes the site. We process the visitor's IP address only in scrambled form, to limit spam.
- AI receptionist chats on published sites: if a site owner switches on the chat assistant, a visitor's questions (and the recent turns of that chat) are sent to our AI provider to write the answer, together with the text of that site. We don't store these chats: the conversation stays in the visitor's browser tab and is gone when they close it. If the visitor asks to be contacted and gives a name, phone number or email, that message and the chat so far are saved and emailed to the site owner, like a form message. The chat bubble tells visitors they are talking to an AI.
- Usage and security data: to count visits, enforce the free demo and plan limits, and protect the Service, we process your IP address. We store it only in a one-way scrambled ("hashed") form, not as the IP address itself. For the free demo, the workspace also sends a random ID your browser keeps and a one-way scrambled summary of basic device settings (screen size, operating system, time zone and language), so each device gets one free demo; the settings themselves are never sent or stored. We also keep daily totals (visits, page views, messages) and short-lived security logs.
- Things stored in your browser: a random device ID (so each device gets a fair free demo), your sign-in token if you subscribe, your saved chats, and your light/dark theme choice. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
2. How we use it
- to provide the workspace and generate AI replies;
- to take payments, manage subscriptions, and give subscribers access;
- to enforce free-demo and plan limits and prevent abuse;
- to keep the Service secure and working, and to understand overall usage;
- to answer your questions and send service messages (for example sign-in links or billing notices).
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your content to advertise to you.
3. Who we share it with
We use trusted providers who process data on our behalf, only as needed to run the Service:
- Netlify: website hosting, server functions and data storage.
- Stripe: payments, subscriptions, invoices and the billing portal.
- AI service providers: your messages, project files and attachments are sent to the third-party AI services we use to generate replies, images, video, music and voice. They process this data only to provide the service to us, under their own terms and privacy policies.
- Telegram: we receive private notifications about subscription events (such as a new subscriber's email and plan) and site uptime.
- Google Fonts: our pages load fonts from Google, which receives your IP address when fonts load.
- Resend: to email you sign-in links and, on the yearly plan, renewal reminders.
- Twilio: if you connect your own Twilio account for texting or calling, phone numbers and the messages you send and receive pass through it, under your agreement with Twilio.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram): if you connect your Facebook Page, the messages people send your Page and its Instagram account, and the replies, pass through Meta (see "Facebook and Instagram messages" below).
- Dynadot: if you buy a domain through us, the contact details a domain registration requires are sent to Dynadot, our domain registrar.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect people or the Service from harm. These providers may process data in the United States and other countries.
4. How long we keep it
- Subscription records: while you are a customer, and afterwards as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal purposes.
- Synced chats (subscribers): until you delete them. We keep up to your 50 most recent chats and remove older ones automatically.
- Chats in your browser: until you delete them or clear your browser's data.
- Visit data: kept as daily totals; the per-visit details are cleared once a day's totals are saved.
- Your business data (websites, contacts, deals, orders, bookings, email lists, workflows, AI agents and their memory, funnels, messages and AI creations): while your account is open, and for at least 90 days after a plan ends so you can come back or download it; after that we may delete it. See what happens when you cancel.
5. Your choices and rights
You can delete chats at any time in the workspace, cancel your subscription from Manage billing / cancel, and clear what's stored in your browser. You can download all your data at any time from Plans & Billing → Download all my data, even after a plan ends. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by contacting support@b2bagencyliveai.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights (for example under GDPR or US state privacy laws), including the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
Facebook and Instagram messages
If you connect your business's Facebook Page (and the Instagram professional account linked to it) in Conversations, we receive, through Meta's official tools and only with the permissions you approve in the Facebook login: your Page's name and ID, a Page access token (stored encrypted), the linked Instagram account's name and ID, your Facebook user ID, and the messages people send your Page or Instagram account, with the sender's public name. We use this only to show those conversations to you, to send the replies you or your AI employee write, and to answer, book appointments or take messages for you. We never post on your Page, never read anything else on your account, never sell this data and never use it for advertising.
Deleting it: press Disconnect in Conversations → Facebook & Instagram → Settings to stop receiving messages at once. To delete the stored conversations too, remove our app in Facebook (Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations → Remove, and ask for your data to be deleted), or email support@b2bagencyliveai.com. A deletion request through Facebook disconnects your Page and deletes the stored Facebook and Instagram conversations right away, and gives you a confirmation code. Conversations otherwise stay until you disconnect and ask us to delete them, or close your account.
Visitors outside the United States
B2B Agency Live AI is run from the United States, in English, with prices in US dollars. If you use it from another country, your information is sent to and stored in the United States and handled as this policy describes. We use it to provide the service you asked for (your account, your sites, sign-in codes and links) and, on our legitimate interest, to count visits in a way that does not identify you and to keep the service secure. We do not use advertising cookies. If you confirm your email in the free demo from outside the United States, we send you a reminder or tips only if you tick the box asking for them, and every such email has an unsubscribe link. You can ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it or to delete it at support@b2bagencyliveai.com, and you may complain to your local data-protection authority.
6. Security
We use HTTPS everywhere, signed sign-in tokens, rate limits, strict browser security rules, and we isolate AI-generated pages from your sign-in details. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify affected users of a breach where required by law.
7. Children
The Service is for businesses and adults. It is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. We will change the date at the top, and tell subscribers about significant changes.
